Drinnan notes the Ams signed Justin Gutierrez:
The 6-foot-3, 175-pounder will turn 16 in December. He is from Anchorage, Alaska, and is the younger brother of Moises Gutierrez (Kamloops, Everett, 2002-07). (Taking Note)Sweet mother of God he's not even 16 and already 6'3". I remember Moises was very tall too. But 175 pounds? He'd better be loading up on cheeseburgers.

Glad they signed him. I posted on the ams message board I thought he did great during the scrimmages. In my opinion he was better than Brian Williams in the two games I saw but I am no hockey expert. He was definitly not uncoordinated which is unusual because he is so young and tall. Can't wait to get this hockey season started summer has been way to long
